Pool Day

Hi blog viewers, welcome to my final blog! This is just a simple one about our celebration day. At the end of the term, we celebrate our learning with a special occasion. This year we went to Waltham Pool for the day. It was a moderate experience but still a fun one. There isn't much else to write about in this blog so, I wish you all the best for 2019!

Memoir Writing

Hi all! Today, I will be blogging about my memoir. A memoir is a recollection of an event that has happened in the past. We had to fill in a planning sheet beforehand. It has nine core parts to it, which we were required to fill in. Unfortunately, I couldn't embed the article but here are a few of my favourite extracted sentences from my recollection of my 2017 Cantamath experience.

- and then a booming voice tells everyone to start. It’s disarray city as everyone is thrust into a adrenaline infused rush; -
A shout of “GO SAINT FRANCIS!” echoes, distracting me from the question at hand. There’s 32 students in a music class; some are in the choir, some… pianos… fraction of possible… -
- “Why are you drawing pigs, Jorja?” Taylor asks, mystified. Since Taylor does most of the running, he didn’t hear our conversations of nostalgic Saint Paul’s things. -

When have you ever written a memory down to display? What was the event? Tell me below!
